Where we ship

Right now, we ship Australia-wide. We’re working on international shipping, so stay tuned or follow us on socials for updates.

Processing times

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. We’re a small team, but we move fast—promise.

Shipping times & rates

Shipping times depend on where you are, but most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Tracking

You’ll get a tracking number via email once your order’s been sent. If you don’t see it, check your junk folder—or give us a shout.

Packaging

We use minimal and recyclable packaging wherever possible. It’s better for the planet, and still looks cute on your doorstep.

Lost or delayed parcels

Once your order is with the courier, it’s out of our hands—but we’ll always help where we can. If your parcel is missing or seriously delayed, email us at support@getwastedclothing.com and we’ll sort it out.
