Return Policy

Returns & Store Credit

Hey! We want you to love your purchase, but we know sometimes things don’t go as planned. Since we sell deadstock clothing—new, unworn pieces that were saved from landfill—all sales are final. We don’t offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or fit.

That said, if your item arrives faulty or defective, we’ve got you covered with store credit!



How Returns Work

  • Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free from alterations, makeup, perfume, or damage.
  • Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned unless faulty.


Faulty Item? Here’s What to Do

Email us at customerservice@wasteland.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and a brief description of the issue.

  • If your return is approved, you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send you store credit for the amount you paid (excluding shipping).
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months and can be used on anything in our store!


A Note on Deadstock Quality

We do a three-stage quality check before shipping, but because deadstock items come from past production runs, minor variations may occur. If an item has a small production flaw (e.g., a slightly misaligned tag or a minor stitching inconsistency), we’ll always mention it in the product description.

Otherwise, all items are sold as is, and we can’t take responsibility for wear & tear after delivery.
